KWCE is responsible for the installation of Dark Fibre Fibre-optic cables in Green Point along Napier and Prestwich Streets. On 28 July 2016, human remains were uncovered during the course of trenching activities. CTS Heritage was responsible for monitoring the remainder of trenching excavations along Napier Street and Prestwich Street and for sieving the existing spoil heaps resulting from trenching.
